Hello, My 1939 Farmall A has a leak in the carburetor that is really bugging me. Here's what I've done....new needle and seat, all new seals, new vents, and cleaned out everything with Chemtool carb cleaner from Berry I think...Here's my question...Can the Float be bad on a carburetor and it not leak gas? This float doesn't sound like it has any leaks....no gas inside of it...My carb rebuild kit doesn't have a float included with it... Where can I get the float by itself? Does anyone have one they might sell real cheap? As soon as I turn on the gas, fuel starts running out the breather side of the carb.....like it is filling up too far....I've adjusted the current float down as far as what seems possible. Anyone have any ideas?? Thanks for any ideas and your time, Jared Jeffries
