These muflers also concern me, some CaseIH dealers in Canada are selling these muflers with no baffles, inlet and outlet same size and one mufler for all C-113 and C-123 engines. The original A and SA muflers had a sizeable smaller outlet than inlet. I cant believe they create enough back presure on the C-113 engine. I can put one of these muflers on my Farmall 130 and it will burn the centre out of mufler in 2 years. I have seen several other C-123 engines same way. In two weeks , finish will come off the new mufler half way up on larger section. They are doing same on H, M, 300, 400, 350 and 450 one mufler fits all. The larger tractor in each case is close to 100 cubic inches larger. Lets hear some engineering genius explain that.
