You can expect however much power you plan to add when you adjust the injector pump. You can't just plop a turbo on an 806 and go to the field, the injector pump will need to be turned up or it will run lean and could burn a hole in or score a piston. I would not turn it up over 115 horses personally. The mechanic that turned our 806 (no turbo) up to 105 said that was the max. He had experience turning them up higher and the reliability suffered. Also remember, the 1206 is NOT a turboed 806, the engine was built differently to handle the turbo. Just my $0.02 worth. I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong on any points.
