Really? Well, let's see, it ran for 50 or so years before it was parked, not because the engine was bad, just because it wasn't needed any more. So getting another 50 years out of it shouldn't be too hard. You tell me how to rebuild one cheaper. I suppose you think a person should just buy one of those $500 rebuild kits and slop it together? Machine work isn't free where I come from. I have the parts list with prices at home, I'll post it this weekend so all the skeptics can see what it really costs.
