Without going to my books I'd say that serial is probably '42. Should be IBH not just BH I think. IH also used WBH and OBH (W-4 & O-4). Not into the pulling thing myself but I really like my I-4. Sounds so good with the governor opened up under load! The tractor is not the rarest but IH seemed to make more I-6 & I-9 than I-4. Kinda small for a lot of jobs. Electric start and lights were a not uncommon accessory. Electric start from the factory included a distributor instead of a mag according to my parts book.
