Don't know about a 400, but I have a 300 that I had to fabricate my own. I searched all over and found that IH had 3 differernt types of fast hitches and transmission housings on the 300. Work saver makes kits for 2 of the types, but if you don't have the exposed rockshaft or the threaded holes in the housing I think you might need to fabricate your own. If you want some pictures let me know.
