For oil in the transmission you are probably best off with either the 90wt or the 140wt. If it gets really cold where you live or the transmission is nice and quiet then I would go with the 90wt. Otherwise try the 140wt, it shouldn't harm anything. I think the level plug is on the right hand side of the transmission back towards the PTO. It should just be a small pipe plug. To check the engine oil; on the left hand side of the oil pan there is a pair of petcocks. The oil should flow out of the bottom one but not the top one. Add oil through the breather on top of the valve rocker cover. Hope this helps. SAm in NS
