My uncle had a vegtable farm when I was a kid, and he had 5 cubs, one for each task. They are a great tractor for what they were built for, and that is cultivation, small mowing jobs, planting corn on small plots, etc. They were sold to "one horse" farms, and are not very powerful, but are excellent at cultivation. They are popular, and command high prices compared to larger tractors. The hydralics are wonderful. I have 2, and have cultivators, a sickle bar mower, and a snow plow, and I find it a nice tractor. The A has twice the power, and is bigger. The super A has hydralics. In my opinion, everybody who likes old tractors should have a cub. As a side note, they were designed to last 7 years, and many are still going over 50 years later. They probably outlasted the guys who designed them.
