Hi Still Learning, You should be able to pull that gear off with your puller. I replaced one on my Farmall C about a year ago along with the distributor gear because the teeth were gone. They come off hard, so you may have to use a couple of bolts with nuts in behind it some how. The bad gear is made out of cast iron, drill 2 holes and tap them 180 degrees out, then put a bolt into them and jack the gear off. You may want to heat the new one in your wifes oven before placing it onto the shaft. Hope this helps! Bob
