After the 4- long 1/2" bolts are out, it should come out. Get a piece of pipe in which the ID is just a little bigger than the OD of the PTO shaft and slide it on. Work the pipe sideways and up and down back and forth. That should at least get the PTO broken loose from the housing. Then you can pry it on out.
