I have a 6 inch IH burr mill or feedgrinder and I think the legs and lower parts were painted blue and the Hopper and flywheel red. I pull mine with a 5 HP Fairbanks but had to keep the feedlever almost closed when cracking corn. Not enough power. An F-12 will work fine, I use a Super A now with plenty of power a full feed if you can keep the belt on. My grinder is bolted to the floor of the barn with the pully in the door opening. Just open the barn door and back the tractor up and put the belt on and line up. IH Domestic GeneralCatalog No.40 on pages 435 and 436 show these grinders Type B which will grind corn on the cob and small grain and Type C which grinds shelled corn and small grain.
