I would remove your whole rear end assembly. Swap the diff off your tractor and replace the final drives and trans. This isn't as bad as you may think. All the bolt are fairly accessible. When re-assembling, skip the gaskets and use Loctite 509 anaerobic sealer. Email me if you would like to discuss in more detail. I did this on my F-20 and found it pretty straightforward. No leaks and I was able replace the seals while I was there.
