I think it is pretty much complete. The wheels are there with weights. This gentlemean had this tractor for many years. He also had an F-12 and an F-20. I helped him work on the 12 one time and asked him about the 14. He said no, because he wanted it for parts for the 12. His biggest issue was that the 12 was getting water in the oil pan. He thought that it was a sleeve seal. Now the engine on the 14 is completely torn down. The weather has gotten to the parts. Haven't got a good look at all of it yet, will do that Saturday when I go to haul all three tractors home. I plan to take the 14 all the way down and do a ground-up complete restoration.
