Don't believe all the balony you hear. Use your TA where it suits you. Get a hold of the manual and keep it adjusted to the letter and by the book. Close does not count when adjusting these units. I have 60,000 total hours on 5 Farmalls and only ever rebuilt one TA. I fail to see where in heavens name people get all these silly notions about TA. I have seen these TA experts at auctions, and most of them can't tell the difference between tractors with or without TA. It's beyond me where some of these people developed all this knowledge about TA.
