In the 350, the hydraulic system is separate from the tranny (but the same Hy-Tran or equiv. fluid is used in both). Are you sure the dripping fluid isn't running down from a higher point on the right side of the tractor? There are unions in the lines under the right side hood that may need to be tightened (you'll have to take the exhaust stack off to remove the right side hood). If the lines aren't leaking, then tranny fluid is leaking through a bad seal. Also, when you change the hydraulic fluid, do you also inspect and clean if necessary the screen (held by four bolts near the brake pedal)?
