Bottom screw is main jet, idle mixture screw is at top front of carb -- both are adjusted the same way, with the engine hot. Turn in until rough, out until smooth. Main jet at full throttle, idle jet (self explanatory) at idle. Set the idle rpm with the throttle stop screw, above the idle mixture screw. The main jet and the idle mixture both have to be adjusted correctly to get rid of the hesitation. May take 2 or 3 tries. Otherwise you need to clean the carb and/or you may have an ignition problem. Remember that turning the main jet screw in LEANS the mixture, whereas turning the idle jet screw in RICHENS the mixture.
