It only takes a second person a minute to hold the bolt while somebody lifts the weight into position. Do the top one first and then the weight of the weight will hold it in place. Start the nut. You can then move the weight as necessary to get the other bolts started. I was able to wedge a short screwdriver in behind the head of the bolt but you still need to be careful so that you don't knock the bolt back out. You can also use a piece of threaded redi-rod and put a nut on both sides of the rims. Then you can remove the redi-rod once you get a couple of other bolts started. Be sure to have the weight turned the right way so that you can get to the bolts on the axle hub. You will notice that the center of the weight is oval shaped. The long end of the oval should be aligned so the it is in the same direction as the axle bolts.
