IHC increased the HP slightly on all of the Super models through out the entire line of FARMAL tractors without causing any problems with the rest of the tractor. When they came out with the 560 they had increased the HP to a point that they overpowered the rear end. None of the Letter Series tractors however had any problems with the larger HP engine. The W-6 is a great PLOW tractor which is what the Wheatland tractors were designed for. While it is the equivalent of the FARMAL H the W-6 is more of a single purpose tractor while the H is suited for many different jobs. (Mowing, Plowing, Disking, Culivating, Front End Loader, Towing etc.) The W-6 is basiclly just a towing tractor. I would NOT consider the W-6 for general purpose work on the farm. It is however a great tractor when used for the task that it was designed for. GOOD TRACTORING
