Super C Questions on Carter Carb float setting and

What is the proper float setting for the Carter Carb on the Super C? Second, the mounting bolts on the left hand side of the fast hitch where the hydraulic cylinder assembly is attached the tractor body have broken off. For the hydraulic cylinder to do its job, a welding job is needed. What is the proper way to reattach the fast hitch mount to the body of the tractor. There are some screw grooves left in the body.
