Torque amplifier or TA gives you more speeds and more power. TA in high position is normal mode. TA in low is for added power when pulling plows, etc. Super MTA would have had the TA. Super M would not have one. Try to get a tractor with all of the goodies intact (weights, lights, fenders, precleaner, belt pulley, sheilds, etc.) because this stuff is expensive to track down and add back later.
