I noticed lower oil pressure of my H when it is at low idle speed. It is on the left part of the "O" in "OIL" on the gauge and gets close to the red when say I am hitching up the tractor or just backing it into a tight spot with the throttle all the way closed so I screwed in the throttle stop screw just a hair. Should I have done that or just left it alone and just don't run the engine with the throttle all of the way foward? My H has a mag and doesn't trip the impulse coupling. After screwing the throttle stop screw in just a hair, the oil pressure never drops below the right side of the "O" in "OIL" when backing or hitching. It goes over to the "L" in "OIL" as soon as I pull the throttle lever back. If my new setting is ok should I now go into the governor and set the low idle bolt to now match the new low idle setting of the carb? I only turned the throttle set screw a hair (maybe from 1 to 2 a clock)? I also switched my oil just a short time ago from SAE 30 Non-Det. to SAE 30 Det. Thanks!!!
