Klein This will take a little time but I will try and help. If I unstand what you are saying is you can get some wobble in the front wheels. The 560 has a rack and pinion steering with a ball worm screw for manual steering. The rack is in side a sleve that is an eccentric sleve. That means you can adjust the clearence of the rack and pinion but rotating the sleve to move the rack closer to the pinion. In order to do that you will have to remove the left hand side rail. You will have to remove the steering shaft.The steering is held in place bu 4 hex cap screws, then you can see the flange of the sleve and a notch to help turn it, this is where the hard part comes in if it has not been apart in a long time the sleve could be very hard to turn and you can brake it if you get too hard on it. You may have to take the complete steering apart to do this so you can free it up. The other problem could be the bearings on the pinion or bolster shaft could be loose. To get at that you need to pull the radiator and the frame it sets in, that will on cove the bolster shaft. As for hard steering could be the pump or the ball screw shaft is not free to move in and out of the steering housing to ativate the hydraulic valve. So rock the shaft from the steering wheel back and forth to see if the ball screw shat is moving in and out if not the valve will not open and let oil flow for power steering.
