Re-time it;bring No1 cyclinder up to TDC,you can feel this by putting a wire thru the spark plug hole for No,1; set your magneto to fire on impulse for No1 on the distributor cap and remount mag and time it acordingly; timing is 1 3 4 2, leave your locating bolts on the mag flange fairly lose so you can twist the mag to advance or retard the spark,when you get it running sweet tighten them. If the timing gears haven't been unmeshed this should solve your problem, Good luck.
