Jess, Is it badly broken up or just cracked? An experienced welder/engineering shop should be able to assist. The manifold has to be heated & cooled etc etc. How old is the battery? Try another servo or go to a proper auto electrician if you are getting the run around. Plenty of wreckers around NSW & QLD. Email me for names & numbers if you like.
