I'm assuming you mean an W-6 Industrial. The 6 tires and hydraulics threw me a little. Based on that here's my assessment. The W-6 is just an M on a standard frame. Because of this a rebuilt isn't all that big a deal. But it didn't come stock with hydro or have power steering. I love the one I have but it's not a good choice for close manuvering (sp?). I'd hate to see what it was like with a full loader hung on the front. Around here $600 would be a somewhat fair price. If it's a true Industrial that will push up the price a little. It sounds like a good little project, but I'd lean more toward the JD or the loader to do the dirt work.
