Last resort at my place, Weld a hydraulic hose end on the base of a spark plug. Connect it to another tractor with a good hydraulic system. It will either come loose or it will push sleeve and piston down, then you have a mess. done it to a W9 gas.I remove the head first you can tell whether it is worth the effort to unstik it.
