The only thing that would cause NO compression would be if all four cylinders lost physical integrity at the same time. This would be like if a valve is stuck open on every cylinder. Or all of the rings broke somehow. Or you have a massive crack in the head or block. I highly doubt any of these scenerios. I would verify the compression tester on another vehicle. Are you getting a good seal around the spark plug hole when you are testing? Are you turning it over several times to make sure you are getting a good test? Even if the camshaft quit turning you are going to get some compression on at least one of the cylinders because you can not physically get a valve open on all 4 cylinders at one time unless something drastic has happened on the top end of the motor.
