Part number 511983R1 is called a rear gang beam bearing. It's actually the part that bolts to the rear axle housing that the left rear gang attachs to. You have part of a Farmall Cub cultivator. Your other part number is missing a digit. Go take a look at the TM tractor parts implement hookup page for some good pics of a cub cultivator. The pics you want are under the cultivator - rear gang beam assembly link.
