They are just getting all polished. Have you used them gently or have you really used them hard? You could try running WOT in 5th gear and stopping as quickly as possible several times to work the brake bands and warm them up. Just don't oil the squeaky one. You could pull the cover off and rough up the drum and band with emery cloth. Is the set screw on the bottom of the cover set correctly? Loosen the lock nut, carefully tighten the screw, then back out 1/2 turn and lock the nut again. Check the free play adjustment so the pedal is not holding the band too tightly against the drum even with your foot off the pedal. Good luck.
