thanks to all........yes, load does stay lifted, no drop at all, at least not for as long as I've left it. That's one i hadn't thought of, just swapping lines from one valve to the other. I shall try that. Allan, I shall post a pic of the setup when I get home from work (700km away), but be prepared, this beast is a worker, not purdy like yours!
