Yes, I think all that you would need are the differential shaft and housing from a B. Plus maybe some seals, bolts and things like that. There probably is a stub shaft from an A in there now to mount the final drive against the differential. I think you would have to take the brake drum off the stub shaft and put it on the B shaft, but it should be a straightforward job.
