Log Splitter and Bushhog oil

I have a PTO operated Log Splitter and a Bushhog, both of which probably have not had their oil changed in many, many years. Both work fine but I am sure that there is a lot of bad stuff inside them. What should I replace the oils with. I am assuming that the Log Splitter should get new hydraulic oil and the bush hog some sort of gear oil but I need some specific recommendations so I can get to the store over the holidays and do some needed preventive maintenance.
