Hi, from your description it appears to be a 454. Is it a 3 cyl Diesel and the 2 gear shift levers on your left have a range of 1 to 4 and the other Rev/Hi/Lo and power steering and power brakes? Now there are 2 hydraulic control levers at your right hand side, the one closest to the fender is the 3pt raise/lower lever and the other one is the draft control. Try moving the draft control lever as far forward as possible and then try the 3 pt raise/lower lever. If this dosen't work and it is below freezing where you live it could be some ice formed in a valve somewhere. The only solution for ice is warm weather or run the tractor long enough that the hydraulics warm up. Good luck JB2
