Chuck: I bought a new one in 1975, and in 17,000 hours of operation I never found such an adjustment. I had a complete set of operators and service manuals. If I wanted to adjust speed I changed implememnt cylinder and used a different bore. Sure newer tractors have all kinds of gadgets, a lot of them troublesom.
