Mornin' Andy, Heck, maybe you are right. I was having this coversation the other day with a fellow about land prices and how they have soared totally and completley out of the relm of reality and I commented on how those prices will never, ever return their costs. He looked at me with the darnest look on his face, and said, "Where have you been? Of course it won't pay for itself; it's been that way for years." Heaven help us if it turns south again, tho.
