Hi Cmore, Unless the sky cracks open and falls on me, it is all going to happen in 8 days when we close; the only thing we are waiting on is the lady who does the abstracting and handles the legal end. She said yesterday that she was down to the final step in the process (whatever that is?). Don't know where to start; maybe just cleaning up around the the old place. Hasn't been lived in for lots of years and there are lots of old trees that need to be cleaned up and hauled off. After the tenant takes off the hay and wheat, I gotta get 66 acres of alfalfa worked and planted and I want to fall plow a bunch of sod, if the moisture holds. This thing is all coming at me like it is a preplanned scheme, somehow. Like that silly little plow last night; it just dropped outta the sky at the perfect time and at the perfect place. Hope I'm still up for this. I've been waitin' a long, long time. :>) Thanks, Allan
