Your local sheet metal shop can probably fabricate new hoppers if you take the old hoppers to them. They have all the equipment to roll the metal and can make them almost an exact duplicate of the original. Hal PS: Wash all traces of the fertilizer from the new hoppers since it is very hard on metal. A good coat of acid primer or an epoxy primer will help agaist this.
