Kelly, There is a tire bead breaker tool that you can buy that clamps on your tractor rim. You leave the rim right on the tractor and its easier to change them that way, since you are using the whole tractor for leverage to pull the tire off after the bead is broken. It works really slick even on the biggest rear tractor tire. Its called a "bead cheata". Shoup Manufacturing sells them for about $140.00. There are probably other places that carry them also.
