Normaly they just don't even start . First off do you have good fuel flow to the carb??? should be a full line full stream , Also you could still have a blocked passage in the carb. Is the floate set correctly ??? If your not sure about the selinoid pull it out and hold your finger over the hole and start the tractorand also ground it and see if the needel is pulling back when the key is turned on.
