Water trap

I thought all tractors had water traps or sediment bulbs, I went to shut the fuel off so I could change the fuel filters on my 806D because it was acting sluggish and discovered that there is just a shutoff valve. Did they make some tractors without or did maybe a previous owner take it off? Ended up I must have something in the bottom of the tank, because couldn"t get any fuel flow when I went to bleed the filters and had to blow air back thru the line, so I"m sure it"s just a matter of time before it acts up again. Have to run it out of fuel before I can do anything with it and would like to add a trap if possible, not much room under there.
