Wardner: Are you sure that is mounting hardware for a IH 33 loader? We had a 33 loader on a Farmall 300, and there was nothing but two braces hooked into side chanel beside engine. Those braces had two holes on each end giving adjustment for various tractors. The braces went to frame attached to axle housing and hooked to it just below pivot point of loader arms. To me that plate in your photos looks more like the mounting for newer loader series that were painted white from factory. Models 2000 and 2001 come to mind. I had a 2000 loader also on my 560.
