I Have Heard You Can Buy Used Serial # Plates Off Salvaged Tractors? Have A Friend Who Has A 54 Super H With No Serial Plate And Was Not There When Previous Owner Purchased It Either. We Know Its A 54 By The Casting #s And Battery Is Under Seat.
