I have an H with serial #239427 X1, what year does this make this tractor (I beleive its a 1946)? Where do you find the casting # for the head? What I'm trying to determine is, I going to rebuild this tractor, and i'm trying to figure out what the best rebuild kit to use for the motor. I beileve that this one has flat pistons...I want to figure out if I can put the stepped head piston kit into it, to help give her a little more power. What is the best head to have? (I think that there 3 different ones?) This tractor will primarily be used to rake hay so I don't want to get crazy with trying to beef her up. I guess whats the best combination of oem parts to use to obtain the most power? any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated? Thanks
