Sorry about the delay in your projects but you've got some good advice here so far. My nickel is: your physical therapist is your best friend - do everything he or she tells you to do! As often, as long, and as hard as required those things are the most important to regaining all your range and strength. Have seen several folks who shorted the routine and lost. It hurt - it was boring. The more you do the more you can. Amaze a PT and you will do your self well. How's that for a sermon? Fast recovery Dick Davis
