Well that sounds like someone used RTV gorilla snot instead of the gskts and used way to much one should neve ever use that stuff on a modern tractor as it will find it's way to places that you don't want it to get to , there have been several times that i have had to tear a tractor all the way down and go thru all the hdy. system to get it out of stuck valves and orifaces . as it can and will get past the filter. like on the 06-6686 tractors as 95 % of the time people loose the square cut o/ring that goes behind the tin plate behind the filter and now not all the fluid goes thru the filter as it is getting sucked past the filter. and this des happen on the 460-660 because the filter has no real good seal on the filter to case. just that littel metal tube that fits into the hole now you can place a o/ring around that tube and it will help seal it to the case.
