Sorry guys....the ONLY way to replace the ring gear is to split the tractor! It's simply is to large to fit thru the opening in the belly. Also getting the old gear off the flywheel generally requires some "heatin' and beatin'" - best accomplished with the flywheel laying flat on the floor.
