Ya put the Blue 10 ga. wire to the gray 10ga. wire together and the gray wire goes to the Amp gauge . now the yellow wire can be used to excite the alt. from a CV relay or a seperate switch and this way you can turn on and off the alt and not have feed back and ya don't have to screw around with a diode or lite bulb , myself i use a Cv relay off the ing. switch and it works slicker the snot on the door knob. BUt i have strange ways of doing things .
