Hey Kelly, about the cows.

Okay Get some calves that were just weaned, it doesn't really matter with the types, heifers are always more likely to finish out faster than steers, I have no idea why. I would go to a green tag sale- a green tag sale is a sale for calves that have had all their shots and you don't have to worry about a thing cept inplanting. I would start out with just a few feeders now then if everything goes well start buying some brood cows. Of course you might just wanna mess around with different breeds see which ones you like best.
