Much as I do enjoy someone getting what they deserve, I have to ask: How does this "ensure that fellow antique tractor enthusiasts don't get burned by him again?" Just filing a complaint won't get him shut down. It'll take years to get him shut down, if ever. Is there some unspoken antique tractor enthusiast's code that says you check for complaints with the Ohio State Attorney General's office for complaints on file before you deal with someone?
