Drain the transmission and differential (all one unit). There is a plug on the left side of the transmission. Refill until gear oil starts to run out this plug. This should solve your leak problem. Your trans/differential is way over filled and has water in it. The trans/differential only takes 2 or 3 quarts of gear lube. The seals everyone is talking about may need replacing. But they are not intended to hold back excess gear lub. Try filling to the fill plug and see if you still have the problem.
